Sit-ups 7
Shoulder felt weak especially on pull-ups and push ups. 1st 2 sets were 12 each.
1st 2 sets of sit ups were 14, I blew up...

30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

20 Hang squat cleans, 30 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

Did a variety of elements. Limited rest periods.
Pull-ups x 15
95# CL x 10
FR SQ x5:
135, 185, 205, 225
BK SQ x 3:
205, 225
Thrusters #95 x10 and BJ 34" x 15 - 3 sets
Sit Ups (locked, elbows on knees, and arms out stretched over head alternating) x 25
HSCL 35# DB - 3 sets of 15 (10 and 5 on 2nd, 8,3,4 on 3rd)
L pullups x 4 to dead hang x 3 to kip x 3
Finished w/ a bar hang contest w/ Peter (he WON!)
and resisted stretches including straight leg throw downs.
Took about 45 minutes total.
