95 pound Deadlift
95 pound Hang power clean
95 pound Front squat
45 pound Push jerk - all I could muster w/ shoulder px.
Took me about 30 minutes.

Check out was 30# slams 10,9,8... to 1
paused at beginning of 7 for about 15 sec and finished out w/ no break

Xfit Total w. Kyle and Jesse @ 31's
My numbers:
SP 115,125,140 "BE"
SQ 225,275,285 "BE"
DL 315,365, 405 F
Pulled 385 later w/ Kyle on a single, but this wasn't legal in the Total.
I kept my elbow low and tight on the SP and this seemed to make a big difference.
Sq's felt pretty good, and I went to just below a 90, but not as low as I can w/ low weight.
DL's felt pretty good, but I psyched out @ 405 I think.}
