I was wondering if some of you could send me some good links to SCIENTIFIC articles discussing eating good carbs.

Specifically the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables over grains.

I am looking for real science not anecdotal testimony.

Have you read any of the articles Loren Cordain has written?

I like the one he wrote on Syndrome X, which makes a strong case for linking high-glycemic-load foods with Syndrome X and diseases of western civilization:
