to see the reaction of the "stuffy" M.D.'s, nutritionists, therapists, etc... who think they have it all figured out but in reality don't have a clue. I knew of a guy who was diagnosed with a terminal disease by an overweight out of shape doctor who smoked and had diabetes but ate M&M's like he owned stock. The "doc" gave him 5 years but my buddy (who had a crossfit attitude) said "go to hell" and took 20. He's with us to this day and going stronger than ever.

There's some information that gets passed along here on this site on a daily basis that is priceless. I hope we never take it for granted. God Bless to all of you.
