I was just wondering if anyone has downloaded any of the workouts from stewsmith.com. Seems kind of high for what is most likely just exercise descriptions.

I'm a big Stew Smith fan but . . .

I've bought a couple of his downloadable workouts and unless you're planning on Navy SEAL school or other military special operations training, there is not much in them that's not already in his books. Buy his books instead and you'll have more than enough workouts to keep you busy.

I have a few of his books and I like the workouts, i just don't like the 100+ pages of BS exercise descriptions. If he sold just the workouts, I'd probably go for it. Which E-Books did you purchase Bob?

Sorry for delay in answering. I bought only two: The SEAL workout BUD/S prep workout, and the Grinder PT workout (most of which I could not complete). I do like Stew's books, I just don't see any need for me to purchase his extra workouts. They will prepare you for the military if that's your objective.
