Alex.. yes no one could have even looked at that one or fell asleep at the end. Seems 3 years in a row HQ asks for the MU workout. Maybe they should check better. Shame for #21 person in her division who should be going instead.

Ring dips in the Games for the masters. Just watched her attempt at ring dips with the same range of motion and her judge rightly kept no rapping her until at least the camera cut away.
