Hi
Sorry if this is the wrong place but i heard mention somewhere of a journal that detailed how to create a crossfit programme correct me if im wrong. If there is could you tell me the issue it is and also if there are any others of particular note that are highly reccomended!

Hey Neil,

#6 Feb 2003 has an article on the "Theoretical Template for Crossfit's Programming."

But keep in mind that Crossfit is constantly evolving ... so there's no sure fire formula. ;)
