I searched for this and couldn't find anything, so maybe someone else can help.

I can't get the WOD vids (Windows or Quicktime) to play correctly. For Quicktime, I pause and wait until fully buffered, but it still stops/starts/jerks. For Windows, it won't buffer while paused, but still start/stops/jerks while playing. Real pain in the tail, right?

I'm running Windows XP and just updated my browser to Firefox 2.0.0.3.

Any help is much appreciated. I don't have these problems with YouTube or other sites--just CrossFit.

Thanks
