Is the sub for wall ball shots supposed to be 40lbs DBs in each hand or 20lbs DB in each hand making it 40lbs total?

I did 40lbs in each hand for 10/11/05's FGB and it hurt me... a lot. Seems like it's a bit of a skewed substitute...

yeah, the 20lb med ball subsitute is 20lb DB thrusters, one in each hand. id imagine 40lb DB thrusters were a little tough.

I subbed in a 1 pood kettlebell toss instead. Tried it two different ways, one by the horns, and the other by the bell, which is more similar to wall ball. The tosses were about a foot to 2 feet. I think it's a pretty good sub untill I get a 20lb dynamax ball, or I drop it on my toes.
