I'm still dealing with a slightly hyper-extended elbow (Armbars gone wild...). Anyway -- does anyone know if it's still reasonably safe to row and/or do thrusters (in our recent WOD)? The motions themselves don't SEEM to hurt, but lack of pain does not always mean lack of damage...

I agravated my elbow injury a few days (weeks?) back when we had the max effort thruster day. I will be lowering the weight on those until I'm fully healed.

I would say that as long as it doesn't hurt it would be ok, but I would definately lower the weight and avoid full extension.
