Re: Best CrossFit Affiliate Logos

I do graphic design and have made many logos. If you are looking to have something made let me know. I work for free shirts (I collect CF shirts from various boxes).. up to a certain point of course. I wont build you an entire website and such for nothing but for a logo.. I can do that..

I am currently working on some ideas for my 'future' affiliate for when I get to that point. I hope nobody takes the name before I get there..

Re: Best CrossFit Affiliate Logos

The best CrossFit affiliate logos are those that indentify and not describe your business.

What do I mean? Take the top brands of the world for example like Apple or Harley-Davidson. Do they have any computers or motorcycles in their logo? You see, crafting a logo to evoke what you want your client to "feel" (as apposed to using the trite imagery of kettlebells and gymnastic rings) is much more valuable in branding your box and creating a lasting impression of quality.

A successful logo is more than just aesthetics.

If you want to learn more, check out my blog and free guide where I go into depth on what a good CrossFit logo really is and how to create one.

Re: Best CrossFit Affiliate Logos

Mmmh, due to the fact Im just about to create a logo I read this thread....

Jason, totally right, the Top Brands of the world do not have a sign that shows what they are doing like you mentioned...

But, i think opening a "local box" does mean something different?!? That does not mean there have to be Kettlebells or Jump Boxes or something like that.
I always like Logos that I easily understand what they are for....

Well, Ill post mine by time.

All the best

Re: Best CrossFit Affiliate Logos

My friend Nick Corona did the logo for my box and I think it's pretty slick. He does logos as well as complete branding packages.

You can see the logo here WFS
