Thanks, Veronica. If you can do 30 minutes of it, you're fine. Been teaching it for 20 years since the birth of Johnny G's spinning concepts but I'm down to only 2 classes now (1 for each globo). Just try it once in a while and don't feel obliged to do the whole 60 minutes. The members are liking the Tabata 90rpm...7-10 rounds....thanks to CrossFit.

Camille, it sure helps if you have a fellow crossfitter push you. Beth is strong and I was driven by her strength. Your newly found CF trainer will get your load up on that WOD. Also, snatching on 45# is a struggle for me.

150, 65, 190 = 405 (PR by 30#)

138, 61, 176 = 375

Fitness as Sports Get-together with fellow CrossFitters WOD
21 - 15 - 9 - 5 reps for time
Sprint up hill
KB Swings (1pood on 3 rounds, 18# on last)
Run down hill
Guard Sit ups (or Full Sit up) (5 GSU on 1st round only)

= 5:08

HS holds for a few minutes
Pull Up Practices (coaching by Dustin Ma and Jeff Belyeu)
1. Kip confirmed, however a rough version
2. Will work on a smoother Kip
3. Will work on exaggertaing the anterior bend of body
and on exaggeration of head protrusion on the front half of the momentum

Pull Up Ladder

= 8.5 minutes
8 rounds + 4 JPUs

Round 1-5 = all PU
Round 6 = 2 PU and 4 JPU
Round 7 = 1 PU and 6 JPU
Round 8 = 1 PU and 7 JPU
Round 9 = DNF only 4 JPU
Ripped badges from Fran last Tuesday are hurting so bad!

You are getting so much better!!! Sorry I missed you today...Ryan and I were outside ALL day doing work in the back yard

I only got through 5 rounds today before my hands starting ripping apart...you're my hero!!!

I did the Bear Complex today. I am in love.
