Back in the days I was more CrossFitty I would get 15-20 rounds of Cindy but definitely it was the pushups that got sucky. Then again, it's not like I would train pushups ever.

Definitely think doing pushups in some kind of density/volume format would have helped. If I cared.

I am starting the 6 weeks to 100 pushups today. The iphone app is nice that I downloaded (thanks for the suggestion). I'm not so much worried about getting to 100 pushups (I am 20 range now) as much as being able to do sets of 20 for Murph or be able to knock out 50-60 at time if needed.
