Recommended resources and reading?

What are some books, webpages, articles, etc., that you would recommend to anyone considering opening up an affiliate, or manage a current affiliate for it's owners?

Thank you.

From a business standpoint:

The E-myth
Good to Great
Built to Last
Titan
The Guerilla Marketing Handbook
Rich Dad Poor Dad

plus whatever it takes for you to learn the basics of double entry accounting.

Re: Recommended resources and reading?

Seconding E-Myth - specifically The E-Myth Revisited, you should read it twice. There are a number of E-Myth books, but like anything the original is usually better than the sequels.

The 80/20 Principle - Koch

Seth Godin's books - they're all quick and easy to read

Also, Marc Andreessen's blog and Guy Kawasaki's Blog.
