Trav's log. I can do it......
First day of Crossfit 6-4-2008
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
I was only able to finish almost two rounds in the alloted time. I only did 40 squats on the second round due to being sick to my stomach.
Pullups were 10, 3, 2 8,5,2
PUshups were 20,10 15,10,5
Squats were 30,10 25,15,5
Better luck next time
