Having an issue on the zone with getting vegtables that have enough carbs in them. Brochili has like 2.9g per spear which if eating a 5 block meal makes one heck of a lot of brochilli to eat.

Anyone have any favorite veggies that have a decent amount carbs in them ?

I'm trying to figure out this exact same problem as I put together a weekly shopping list.

There's a thread "Not excessive amounts of fruit?" wherein it seems to read
1. get a 'decent' amount from broc/cauliflower (likely no more than 1/2 pound/meal=1/2 block)
2. Use higher GI vegetables such as carrot to 'fill in'
3. Alternate fruits and tubers for the rest.

Asparagus is good, but expensive. 12 spears is 1 block. Frozen vegetables are a real timesaver. I like 'california mix' with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Red/yellow peppers are 1 block each. Salads obviously.

I think if you can get 2 blocks/main meals from vegetables sources, you're on the right path.

Brussels sprouts are about a half-pound per block. Green beans are a little over a block per half-pound. Carrots are about 1/4 to 1/3 pound per block.
