His 200+ shots to Henderson were soft and it shows his striking still needs work. That being said, Kudos to Jake for beating a legend in the sport. How he managed to survive that first round onslaught was pretty impressive.

The best part of the whole strikeforce card was that it defined a lot of top 10rankings in the different weight classes. Moussasi can no longer claim to be in the top 10 p4p, he might be skirting the edge of the top 10 lhw. King Mo is top 10, but he still needs to work on his weaknesses (ie submissions and striking). Is Melendez #2, 3 or #4? I still think BJ would take him, but seeing him and Kenny Florian fight would be pretty interesting.

Does Jake winning make him a top 5 MW or the #2 WW? I think if he moved back down he would get beat by GSP, and if he stayed up as a MW Silva would dance around him for 5 rounds. But who's to say he wouldn't have a chance at subbing either of them?
I agree Dan did dominate the first. Hendo has never been very fluid with his standup. Always rigid and cocks & stalks. To me he looked even more so in the last bout. There were a lot of rumors about a hurt back, etc which could definitely contribute to some of the things we (I) saw of Dan's game.

I too would take BJ over Gil. Gil has some power, but BJ outboxes him all day and no way would Gil want that on the ground. I don't care to ever see Aoki again. He has sick ground game but BJ wouldn't be afraid to go to mat with him and would beat the **** out of him in the process. Bottom line is, Aoki is a grappler.

The biggest surprise to me was how complacent Mousasi was on his back the first couple rounds. Mo's wrestling is phenomenal but Mousasi's takedown defense was definitely lacking. Gegard did manage to outstrike Mo almost 2-1
