Cross fit levle 1 cert fitness levle

How fit should one be to complete the levle 1 fitness cert... im going for mine in apx 6 weeks..
i been trinaing for 2.. i am a personal trainer so i understand the movement.. but my times are not so great in some of the "girls"... what should i be expecting? Any pointers on how to prepare?

There was a thread in community forum recently about this.

Basically you don't have to be the fitest person nor the most knowledgable. Come ready to learn and take notes though.

You'll be fine. The cert is geared more towards comprehension of the movements and crossfit ideology, not how physically badass you are.

That's reassuring to know!

I'm attending my level 1 cert in June (Maine) and I'll probably be just two weeks out of a cervical collar post-op. I'll be thrilled if I can do the drills with pvc!!!!
