i am seriously considering writing periodically a newsletter re olympic lifting as i see it and particular workouts that i consider beneficial. my question to this bod is do you think there is an interest in this newsletter? it would be free from me to the interested parties. if interested what topics in the newsletter would you think beneficial? any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated. you can respond here and to my website at: www.mikesgym.org in the question answer section. tell me what you would like and make sure you have your email address written in as well.

hell yeah there is interest. My knowledge is limited enough that I don't know exactly what I would want to see. In effect anything related to crossfit, different workouts, and oly lifting in general.

Looking forward to it.

Your take on high reps Crossfit style vs. traditional low rep training.

I would definitely be interested. Any articles on introducing the olympic lifts to different populations with different fitness goals would be great.

I'd be very interested.
I find your vids on Crossfit exceptionally valuable.
The Fundenmentals and as Don said its integration into Crossfit complex's if we don't get enough ideas already.
Conditioning drills that go along with it.
Thanks

Workouts that are strictly oly lifting.
Any workouts

Updates on your awesome family.
Stories of people and their progression/successes.
Any of your techniques/ideas/beliefs associated with the lifting world.

Sign me up.

Would love to see an interview now and then, if that sort of thing interests you. Would also like to see an outline of some of the different training/learning protocols out there for teaching the lifts.

Learning/teaching the full squat snatch!

Thanks Mike, for all that you do.
