today:

4 rounds of:

500 jump ropes each lasting about 4 minutes
practiced d u's

now up to 7 double unders in a row. I can't believe it!!!! I laugh now
when I think back to May when I thought they were impossible!!!!

thanks Sarena!! I'll let you know what happens!

yesterday:

taught butts and gutts class
doubles tennis -2 hrs
30 unbroken push ups
10 strict overhand pullups
3 sets of 3 ring dips
10 sec paralettes

today:
we did the bear complex

it was great!!

7 sets of:
unbroken
power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
push press

for 5 rounds

used 55# for 1st 3 rounds
7th round: 65#

FRIDAY
Did the 4 -400 mt runs with Allie

best time was 1:46

Slacked off this wknd.
just practiced ring dips
Got to get back on track!

From now on I'll be a week behind in the wods. My gym is following all the cf wods but just a week behind.

So today we did cindy...

So dissapointed because my last pr was 18 but I dropped down to 16 this time. Ths is due to not being consistent as I used to be on pullups.

all pullups were overhand
chest to floor pushups
deep squats

Don't worry about losing PR a little. Consistently good form makes things a lot harder.

I'll be trying the bear complex myself today if I can manage it (I can hardly do a regular air squat after what Aaron put us through on Saturday).

today rest day so just practiced :

very low dips 2 sets of 10/5 sets of 5
36 strict overhand pullups (broken)
40 unbroken chest to floor pushups, 10 more
300 squats
10 pistols each side
front/back walkovers
agility ladder drills for tennis
tons of stretching

ran just 2 miles cuz hams felt like total lead after 1 1/2 miles not sure why..obviously I must be running incorrectly cuz last workout was clean & jerks and it wasn't tough

tennis mixed doubles w/ my hubby tomorrow!!!!!! can hardly wait!!
