Had Microdiscectomy 2 days we go

I've been doing CF for almost 9 years, first up in Canada (Toronto), and then moved to Austin, TX (about 2.5 years ago). Have had a bad back ever since I was young, about 2-3 months ago a disc herniation sent me to the doc. Turned out I had a disc extrusion, what it means is that "nucleus material of a disc seeps into the spinal column and potentially compresses a nerve" other words it sucks. This is my road to recovery.....more to come.
