9 Bar - yes or no?

Hi all,

Just wondererd whether anyone has tried the 9 Bars, or has an opinion?

I'm having them 4-5 times a week with breakfast but considering dropping them if they're no good.
Too fat and too slow..

Re: 9 Bar - yes or no?

Cant help you much. They are a processed food (Bar) and i dont eat anything processed. I only eat whole foods (And the occasional protein shake) and have never felt better. No process bars for me any longer.
