Hi Folks,

What is the reccomended rest period for the Barbara workout? Ive seen 3 minutes being reccomended, but Im told the guy on the Crossfit DVD did it with only 2 minutes rest in between rounds. Do you drop to 2 minutes rest once youve completed the workout with 3 minutes rest.

"Rest precisely three minutes between each round" is what's called for. I guess if it gets too easy you could drop to 2 minutes. :wink:
