Despite long term sleep deprivation and huge amounts of lifts were pretty "ok"
Squats-(*** to floor) 5 x 250, 3 x 275, 1 x 315
Bench (no laughing!) 5 X 185, 3 x 205, no single
DL 5x 315, 3 x 345, bombed 405, did 1x365 last week.
All at about 162 bw.
I have had some rotator issues (injury Board?) but they are inproving and perhaps my pressing will not be quite so squidly in a few months.

You did better than I could manage:
Squats (not *** to floor): 5x 185, 3x 207, 1x 218
Bench: 5x 196, 3x 207, 1x 239
DL: 5x 247, 3x 275, 1x 297
BW: 165

Am I the only guy around here over 180lbs?
Squats: 5x 315, 3x 365, 1x 405
Bench: 5x 225, 3x 250, 1x 290
DL: 5x 315(should have done more),3x 365, and I tried 405 for the single but couldn't get it past my knees.
BW: 189
