1 hour 5-a-side football in the evening. Good game, played well and scored goals.

56 pushups in the morning. Done 100 total. Took 4 sets.

In the evening:

65 kg Barbell Squat
6-6-6

70kg SL deadlift
6-6-6

12.5kg OH Lunge
6-3-6

Later played 5-a-side football for 1 hour. Played well and scored a couple of goals. Not sure how it finished but it was very close. May have lost by 1.

60kg Bench Press

22.5kg DB Row

12.5kg DB Shoulder Press
8-7-6

followed by 3km run

Shortened the run because it felt like my dinner was going to come back up. Due to run 15km this week so will have to do 12km over the weekend.
