Can I workout on hydrocodone

I injured my right hip bursa and have been told by my doc to stay off of it. I would still like to get a good workout and plan to do upper body WODs. Any problem working out if I need to take hydrocodone for the pain?

Re: Can I workout on hydrocodone

How clear does your mind feel? Do you have delayed response or impaired judgment?

If so, lifting weights overhead might put you more at risk of injury by dropping a weight.

Be kind to your body. Give yourself time to heal.
