Pretty easy to make, just Google for plans. You can use one continuous rope and run it through its self depending on design, or individual lengths for the cross horizontal rungs, depending again on design and your knot skills. I'd post a link, but for some reason, they never pass muster for the list master and get deleted.

I got a rope ladder made up by the local rope supplier,just gave them the dimensions wanted.Didn't take them long(a few days) and didn't cost too much either.

There was some controversy with the first company's quality a while back, but I think I recall it was resolved successfully.
