Ummm Scott...that was inappropriate! LOL

so last night did snatch @145x2x2, 155x2x2, snatch pulls @165 x4x3, and then front squats @215 x3x3.

This morning for conditioning we did an AMRAP 20:
5 strict pull ups
10 KB taters (kb swing, to a catch and goblet squat)
15 burpees
result: 8 rounds+5 pullups

good workout, the weakness in that event was the deadhang pullups, didn't have to break anything else up...

Scott, ths WOD was "from the mind of a genius!" LOL

Today had some Push Press 3x5 135, 155, 165, wanted to go heavier but had some time constraints. The WOD hurt me 4 Rounds 8 DL @ 225, 8 bar facing burpees and 8 pull ups. 6:34.

Go big Scott! come on son...trying this new thing out, I'm saving my Oly lifts for the evening see if I warm up quicker etc. This body doesn't like to overhead squat first thing i the morning. Stay tuned, tomorrow for conditioning were going to do "balboa" taken from the wod resource on the message board. It is 4 RFT of 100 single jumps, 400M run, 10 body blasters(burpee pullup to to toe to bar), I'll let you know Scott.

last night did this:
Halting Clean Deadlift + Mid-Hang Clean 170 x 2 x 5
Clean Deadlift 245 x 5 x 3
Snatch Balance 135 x 2 x 3
Jerk 225 x 2 x 5

The jerks felt heavy!

This morning did 4 rounds for time:
100 single unders
400M run
10 "body-blasters" (burpee pull-up+knees to elbow)
21:30

Scott, this one caught me off guard, the body blasters caught up after round 1..
How did yours go?

Yesterday I did some Squat clean technique work. Need to build strength coming out of the catch position. The pull itself is solid.

Tonight I did 2 Power cleans @165lbs and 15 Double unders every minute on the minute for 8 minutes.

Then 2 back squats @ 185lbs and 30 second plank hold every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

Felt good, interesting WOD.

Todd where are you???????
Last night I did 10x2 bench press at 225lbs, then 4 RFT 2 meter farmer carry w/45lb gas cans and 10 strict chins. Did not get my time I'll grab it off the whiteboard today and post tonight.

Last night did 2 sets of 3 squat cleans plus 1 jerk @ 185, 2 sets of 2 squat cleans plus 1 jerk@ 198. 3 sets of 4 clean pulls @ 205, and finally 4 sets of 3 high bar back squats @ 285.

Holla back Scott! The boy won silver medal at missouri nationals!

Of course he did, he is a natural warrior. Tell him I said congrats please. So on Saturday 5RFT 5 135lb thrusters, 10 T2B and 400 meter run. didn't time it, just wanted to move, it was a rough week. Great wod though, I am smoking on T2B hamstring flexibility is still an issue but a work in progress.

Awesome Scott! Keep the mobility train rollin'! so this am did Snatch for 2 sets of three @ 145, a double @155, another double @165 and a heavy single @ 175. Then did 3x3 snatch pulls @ 175, and then finished with 3 front squats @ 215, a triple @ 225, and the last triple @ 215.

You know how weightlifting is in the morning, I felt real warm by the time I hit the pulls LOL, but either way, hit all of my marks. Have you figured out which way you are going to go?

Today I did 5x2 power cleans, light and for technique at 155lbs, then 5RFT 5 front squats@ 155lbs 25 DU's.
Tod I would like to focus on weight lifting but you know how that goes.
