6hrs sleep...tired today

Deadlift 3X3: 336-366-406X1. PR on my 1RM but I was too tired today to rep it.

Deadlift: 252X17

1 Rnd J.T. 21 HSPU, 21 ring dips, 21 pushups...5:56. I SUCK at HSPU.

Nice work on the DL Bill. Noticed as I looked down through you list of PR's that they are really quite similar to mine. Some are slightly better than mine, some slightly worse. Fran is exactly the same. But seriously, I'd give you about 100 lbs of anything to do 1 stinking muscle up! That is seriously pi$$ing me off!!!! haha...jk.

And I hear you on being tired. Sleep deprivation is my arch nemisis.

Yeah, sleep is the most important part of my training right now.

Today...Rest day.

Drag three kids around the Houston Rodeo for 6 hours...not much of a rest.
Tomorrow, 1/2 Murph.

So...I woke up deciding to stop doing the CFSB because I miss the competition and comparing WOD times with others. So I decided to do a CrossFit total and not belabor the PR attempts through the whole week....

Squat 346 (PR by 30#)
Press 160 (PR by 10#)
Deadlift 426 (PR by 20#)

TOTAL: 932#!!!!!!!



I couldn't believe it. Now I can't justify stopping the CFSB. Not with these kinds of results. If anyone is interested in doing the same WODS while on the SB for a little friendly competition let me know. I figure I'll stop when I get to the 1000# CFT club.
