shoulder injury

Does anybody have an idea what this could be?

Lately I have been doing a lot of surfing (and I am beginner, so I am not used to paddling so much).
Right now my shoulder hurts...the front side (where triceps meets shoulder)especially and a bit the back side. The pain is not bad at all, but it's something. And lifting my arm straight out, higher than shoulder height hurts a bit too.

When surfing paddling doesnt really hurt a lot, but pushing on my arms (so basically a push up) hurts definately.

Now, in 3 weeks I am going surfing with some mates and I need to be injury free by then. What could help besides not surfing during 3 weeks (which I wont be able to do but whatever). Maybe some horizontal pulling / rowing to compensate the pushing?
