Ok, here Brazil, my first clients are like "Um, whats an oz.?" Ok of course I can convert it, I was just wondering if anyone has a Zone Block Chart in metric.

Also, I can't find a copy of The Zone here in Brazil (which would obviously have a metric block chart).

Anyway, if anyone has seen one - awesome! Let me know.

If not... *sigh* then I'll recalculate CFJ issue 21 myself and re-post it... hmmmm ok, guess I know what I'm doing next weekend.... While I'm at it I'll Portugese-ify it by running it through altavista's BabelFish.

Where in Brazil are you Joshua?? Rio de Janeiro here. Haven't found a copy of the Zone either BTW, only Dr Atkins' diet. Babelfish is pretty bad man, if you want I can give you a hand with the Portuguese translation!

We do grams here in Australia too Joshua, not ounces. But my kitchen scales do both, so I've trained myself pretty quickly to think in ounces.

Zone wise it's much easier that way, particularly for protein; either 1 or 1 1/2 oz per block, depending on the type of protein.
