Coach - Thanks for all the aweseome team workouts in this month's CFJ. The new look is nice, but I like the old look better. Though as always, FUNCTION OVER FORM!! Substance of content is what matters.

The Broomstick Mile and Medicine Ball Throw are ones I haven't heard of before. Can't wait to try'em. Glad to see the Pushed Truck Races. My training buddy and I used to push cars around an old high school parking lot when we were really into Brook's program.
