Hey just thought i'd make an introduction prior to embarkation on what seems to me like the perfect last puzzle piece to my fitness jigsaw.

Been going over and over the website for a few weeks now and think i have obtained all the knowledge i need to get stuck in.

I am a martial arts and gymnastics coach in UK. I train gym 2ice a week, high dive 2ice a week, indoor rock climb 1ce a week, trampoline 1ce a week.
Just need that "SOMETHING" extra to supplement it all. At most these workouts are 30 - 60 mins (depending on fitness) which i see will improve in time so even more perfect for the busy days i have. The equipment is mostly available where i teach so there really is no excuse for me not to do it. And making a little intro like this even if it isn't read in my mind makes it all official.

Watch this space

ps. one final little thing im unsure of "CrossFit Journal" i have been umming and ahhhhhing over it. Is it worth getting?

welcome, Neil!

along with a CF warm-up, my workouts rarely exceed 60 minutes. often, there are less than 40 minutes.

Yes, the CFJ is worth it. I also bought many of the back issues.

Good Luck!

Although I am new(2 months) to the program, Crossfit has done wonders for me. I've subscribed to the Journal and found that it was definitly worth it. They have a really good thing there, it also gives a little back to the people who ask for so little. You will find that people are constantly mentioning this or that article in this or that journal and if you don't have them you have to go find them and purchase them, start getting it now and you won't miss out on any future Journals and you can slowly start to collect the past Journals as you need them. Good luck, Happy Crossfitting!!

Where abouts do you climb indoors?

I climb about 6 times a week and it has helped me massively in terms of building a stregnth base that I previously did not have. By the sounds of it you should be pretty fit already, so shouldnt find it as hard as I did when starting, start and you will feel the benefits!
