Have to get this off my chest

I did 30 muscle ups yesterday in 17:05. My first attempt at that workout. I went in not knowing if I could do actually do 30. I've had my rings for about a month and have only done minimal work on them. I love the feeling; a month ago I tried one muscle up and couldn't do it, a month later I do 30 of them. Later, KS.

Re: Have to get this off my chest

Kyle, Way to go!! What do you attribute that to? A lot of dip and pull up work in the last month? I can do 10 pullups from a dead hang and 15 dips yet I am nowhere near able to get a muscle up. Obviously I just don't have the strength yet. One day though

Re: Have to get this off my chest

I think it was a couple things. First I read everything I could in the way of technique and proper form. I have ok stenght from my former routine, so I think that helped. Rings are a great toy.
