Re: Supplements You Use?

I take fish oil with every meal

ON Beta-Alanine pre-workout

ON BCAA + Creatine (5g of both per serving) post-workout

Just started with this so im still playing around with it, trying to cut back on the caffeine/ pre-workout supplements. i felt like i was starting to become too reliant on them

Re: Supplements You Use?

Gainer + Whey ISO mixed, (roughly 80 carb, 50 protein)
BCAA
Glutamine
test Alpha (d-aspartic acid, fenugreek, maca...)
PreWOD (beta alanine, creatine complex, etc) before most workouts, not all.

All the above from Beyond Yourself Nutrition. Picked up a sponsorship with them, but had been using the products for a bit. Great stuff. No soy, no aspartame, no fillers in the BCAA and glutamine.

Fish oil and Vit D from PurePharma

Same deal, had been using their stuff. Picked up a sponsorship.
Noticed better results after switching (joint pain, mobility, etc)

Magnesium before bed, sleep quality.

Try to find a pharmaceutical grade, I use AOR.

Athletic Nutrients & HMB from Pure Essentials.

Pharma quality multi vit, new to HMB but things have been going well over the last month or so.

can you post a link to the BCAA's. Im having a lot of trouble finding ones without any sweeteners/fillers/ Even the unflavored modern BCAA i just bought ended up having sucralose in them even though the package said no artificial sweeteners. Because of that I've been using pills, but their just starting to get annoying now

Re: Supplements You Use?

I use Shaklee supplements- two multivitamins per day because food quality isn't always the best. I have been on these for over a year now and my colds aren't as bad. I also use their probiotic powder and capsules for my digestive health as well as other supplements for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
