Re: AllisonNYC

Hey Gina!

I love LuLuLemon pants. I have lots and lots of pairs but they're all the same kind - the Boogie or the Groove. They're the ones with the band around the booty. They fabric is fairly thick and it's impossible to ruin them. I actually spilled a ton of hot pink nailpolish on a new pair and got it off! Some of them are reversible. The inside is just black with the lululemon sign on the but and leg. The regular style is long on me but I'm 5'2. They have a long style too.

I don't know too much about the other styles. If you try a new style out and like it let me know!

Hope that helps! Enjoy your pants! I'm sure they're going to look awesome on you!

Re: AllisonNYC

Deadlift: 240#

done cold. No warm up reps at all. Probably not a good idea but a 5# PR.

Weighted Pull-ups
8kg
12kg
16kg
16kg + 5lbPR easy enough

Max Pull-ups
24

stopped way before failure because my neck and head started to hurt. Probably could have done 28 or so.

Re: AllisonNYC

Hi Allison,

You DL # is impressive. You are a strong crossfitter!....who happens to be bubbly, pretty and have them knockers!

Nice on the pull ups - 24! wow!

I'm a newbie. Just started posting in January but have been quietly doing extremely scaled WODs for several months in 2007. Just wanted to let you know that I remember your encouragement on one of my daily WOD posts. Can't quite get pull ups "darn it" yet but I'm working on it.
