Hi. I've read a few post and gleaned what I could but it's hard work. Can anyone recommend a book that covers all the said nutritional theroy? Is it in the CFJ? Or do I slog it out with good ole' dedication on the forum??
Theres so much to take in. Additionally. The CFJ said to cut out sugar. Is that all sugar or just stop having extra sugar in your food n' such?? Cheers, Alex |

Applying the 100 word description of CrossFit is about 90% of what you really need to know.
Sugar is closely linked to the aging mechanism. Minimize it unless it comes in fruits. |

personally, i learned a heck of a lot by reading posts on the message board, enter the zone, the paleo diet, and lights out, sleep, sugar and survival. my diet kinda consists of a mish-mosh of the books mentioned above.
