Question on 'Nicole'

When 'Nicole' mentions max. rep pull-ups, does it mean, for example, if i can do 12 pull-ups in the first round without stopping, in the second round if i can only do 8 before stopping, do i rest at 8 then continue with the other 4?

Re: Question on 'Nicole'

Nope, max reps is just that. You go till you can't go anymore, if you come off the bar at any time the round is over.
