Back Massager

Is there any therapeutic value to electric back messagers or muscle messagers for joint or muscle pain? Is there a particular one you would recommend thats been helpfull for you or someone you know?

Thank you,

Kevin

Re: Back Massager

Some of them aren't too bad.

There's different benefit to a human actually doing it from the studies at least.... but that can get expensive.

Whatever keeps your soft tissues heathy is good.

We bought one a few years ago from Sam's Club. The best brand I found for your money is IJOY. It's a seat, so it spans your entire spine, but nothing for lower extremity. It was under $300, and a steal! I have sat in lesser ones for 3x more.
Not sure if they still carry that, but basically telling you that you don't need to spend a grand or more for something like that.
I'd check Ebay.
