Wrist Pain
Hey guys,
I've had some minor wrist pain while in extension. I've been using ice, compression, and rest, but would like to give 14.5 another go tomorrow. I've been running a few loops of tape around the rest during the open workouts on top of using wraps when necessary. I also have some kinesiotape laying around, and saw a few videos of the application process. Have any of you used KT for your wrist? If so, how effective was it? Thanks! Larry |
