I am having problems keeping up with the Daily WODs alongside keeping some endurance fitness going for some up coming triathlons I am entering.
Could you guys offer some advice for me. My max deadlift is 135kg, Squat 145kg, Press 60kg.
I have currently been training crossfit first thing as this is when I'm most likely to stick to a schedule, then run or ride in the evenings 2-4 days a week. I just find myself with no energy after a days work and crossfit in the morning. I already scale down to the Brand X levels.
