This is my first Crossfit WOD post. Pretty excited about it...

Stats - 28 Male 5'11" 203lbs

I have been at Crossfit Center City for about 2 months now.

Max Deadlift - 305
Max Front Squat - 235
Max Push up - +55 x 5 reps
5k - about 24 minutes

Today's WOD:

Front Squats x 3

1) 115 x 3
2) 155 x 3
3) 185 x 3
4) 205 x 3
5) 225 x 3
6) 235 x 3

I probably should've ramped up a bit faster. I was pretty worn out by the final set but still tripled a PR so I'm psyched.

Metcon in 5:07

Front Squat - 135 lbs - 20 reps
500M row
30 reps Knees-to-Elbows (but for me more like knees to armpits)

I could've done the FS at a bit higher weight and should've taken my time a bit more on the KTE to improve my form. Good time though so I'm happy with the day!

WOD - 2/9/10

Time: 25:42
Ring Dips - 7,6,5,4,3,2,1
DL's (225lbs) - 14,12,10,8,6,4,2
Pull Up's (light band) - 21,18,15,12,9,6,3

I liked this WOD a lot. Nice work Greg!

Only commentary on today is that I remember doing a metcon towards the end of December that involved DL's. I was doing 185 and STRUGGLING by the end. Today I was doing triples of 225 all the way through. I love seeing the improvement. Also, I did the first set of 7 dips without stopping which I believe is the most I've done in a row...

Great job today. I was sort of inwardly focused but 225 triples, holy crap!

New workout blog, NICE! Someone must have given you awesome instructions. Looks like you started about the same time as Anna and I, and here I thought you were a grizzled crossfit veteran!
