I was just wondering, are video's or pictures of the Farmers walk, suitcase walk, waiters walk, and bear comples somewhere? I've been looking but can't seem to find them (they're probably right infront of my face!).

Thanks, L.

I don't know that there are here. Most are pretty simple:

FW: hold two heavy things at your side and walk.
SW: hold only 1 heavy thing (in one hand) and walk.
WW: hold 2 heavy things above your head, arms locked, and walk.

Bear is a little bit harder to explain, but basically a clean, thruster, back squat, behind-neck thruster, floor.

Might be able to find a video somewhere...(i'll keep an eye out).

Waiter's walk can be one- or two-arms overhead. (I kinda always thought of it as one . . . two arms would have to be "prisoner's walk" or something.)
