Im breathing in an out thru my nose with mouth closed.

I have always had a runny nose.

How can i stop it running so much?

If you drink milk you might cut out dairy for a few weeks and just see if that helps. It seems to help me.

Check the nutrition board and the archives for more ideas.

Stick a couple of earplugs in your nose! LOL
I am kidding although this might work and I will have to try it :-). I to have the same problem. My nose will run when I do any form of cardio but I think that this is do to the fact that I have asthma and Allergies. I would like to here other comments.

I have no idea where to put this, but I'm sure it doesn't go in "Exercises." Unless we're going to do Tabata nose running.

Injuries, where the health and medical stuff goes, I think. Off we go...

Why would you want to breath in and out through your nose anyway. I don't see the bennefit.
I would try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. My high school track coach taught me this technique many, many years ago and I have stuck with this ever since. I also have several marathons in my background and this technique worked well for me for many years. Make sure you chew some sugar free gum while running. This helps to keep the mouth and throat moist.

If you are running outside, point, cover one nostril, and fire for effect (not into the wind)
