Oh hey guys. That was a fun weekend. I might actually post here now.

Ha! There were fifty pages of buildup for this. I'm glad I didn't have to wait.

George! You'd better post.

My weekend: Meatfest->leave pre-meat->graduation->sleep->baking->graduation party->hopefully sleep again. No time whatsoever for photos. Hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday, as we have a TON. I'll probably upload to my Facebook and post a link here.

That was one hell of a shindig, guys.

Hell of a shindig indeed!

Outstanding time. It was great to meet all of your! My stomach is still sore from laughing so much, or maybe it was the sandbag carry, or insane amount of good food consumed...

I'm sunburned, sore, and full of pig, cow and chicken. Doesn't get much better than that.

Awesome weekend everyone!

Re: J&J WOD and Meatfest May 30

Man, what a blast that was!! It was brilliant meeting y'all (see, Renee, I use it too)... I think I ate at least four pounds of pork and two each of chicken and beef, not to mention all the deviled eggs and the tasty cheeses and salads. I haven't had that much fun in ages. Many thanks to Jay and Jamie for putting this together.

Special thanks to Scott and Steven for improving my sprints and handstands, respectively. Special thanks to Jamie for tips on odd object lifts. Special thanks to Renee for getting all my asides. Special thanks to Anton for teaching me the Anton Burpee, and the value of moderation. Special thanks to Dave for giving me tips on improving power delivery from kicks with my lead leg (when my stand-up gets uncrappy enough to make use of them).

Any many props to QLB for the ring dive. I'm not sure I'd have gone that far, bro.

Now, if y'all will excuse me, I need to go find my Mag Lite.
