Are you on caliper crutches? Wheelchair bound?

Crippled by a bizzare gardening accident?

Re: J&J WOD and Meatfest May 30

Sport-specific training...track meet the week after and not going to make the mistake of crippling myself with WODs again, which destroys my training. I'll be hammering away on speed work that morning before I arrive.

If anyone is interested, we can discuss speed and getting faster, though I doubt anyone will have much left in the tank for quality work after 3 WODs.

Ditto. I'm all about as much as I can possibly learn, really.

And I suppose I'll bring a camera, too... after all, any pictures are just as likely to be useful in my defense as my prosecution.

Re: J&J WOD and Meatfest May 30

Dudes and Dudettes:

Random stuff;

Bring extra stop watch's if you have them

Bug juice

If you plan to run naked in the woods, bring a gallon of your favorite Poison Ivy treatment stuff or hit Jamie up for a Body Condom. I've been spraying the damn stuff, but since the Army has tighten up the supply of Agent Orange, well you get my drift.

If you have a fav coffee mug or bowl(I eat everything out of ONE bowl) feel free to bring it.

If you're getting in past 10 on Friday, we have to keep the noise down some what, so plan on pitching tent with flashlights, no fire that night, Sat, we can let it hang out for awhile.

Jill has offered to help in the kitchen, and believe me, I can use all the help I can get.

If you have a 5 gallon water jug, we could use it, just need one.

Chairs, sleep pad, bag, tent should have rain fly in case of rain. I'll post some pics of back and front yard, dogs will have their own 40x90 fenced play area.

We'll park most of the cars on the street Friday, but move them to a church parking lot on Sat for more street space.

Bottom line, this is a fun easy going weekend, it is not the Western Pa CF Qualifier. Pukie should not happen during a WOD, though if might if you're doing upside down shooters later that night, again, think Poison Ivy if your peeing, pooping, puking in the woods.

We will have a very basic Waiver that we're asking everyone to sign, just to cover Jamie and my butt if someone twists an ankle and sues. While I know this ain't going to happen, you get my drift.

If we get the mother of all storms on Saturday, we have a gym reserved from 12-4, again, a waiver will be needed, but the place is very cool.

Any questions, feel free to shoot Jamie or me an PM or email.

Looking forward to meeting you all.

Jay

Actually, this would be excellent. I want to brush up on my sprinting technique and such.

I'll be bringing some basic first aid and suturing supplies, just in case. But as Jay said, we won't need them.

Jay has a four man I will be sleeping in, you are welcome to crash with me and there are a few other people with extra spots.
I'm sort of confused...I'm not a chick?...this is news to me!...unless I am missing the punch line.
