68kg Muscle Snatch, 76kg PowerSnatch last week.
Umm, that's a #150 Muscle Snatch and #167 PowerSnatch. Both were done when I wasn't fresh so gonna keep pushing these when I'm not tired. Haven't really PR'd anything in a long *** time. |

Have been absent from this message board for a long time. So I have some updates
![]() Front squat 275lbs with room to spare Split Snatch (Hang) 165lbs 3 RM OHS 155lbs 2 RM Split Jerk (from blocks) 225lbs 2K row 7:35 3RM push press 190lbs Elizabeth 4:26 Probably some other stuff I forgot about too. 15 months out from L4/5 disc rupture and things are going well. Very happy |

Jerk from front rack PR @ 255lbs the other day. Felt good seeing as overhead movements are usually my weakest.

As of yesterday. Hit 245 on the Hang Power Clean for 2 reps!!!
Also trying to make 225 my new 185-205 on the Hang Power Clean as well. Looking good. |

18 unbroken DU's, 10 unbroken HSPU, and 8 unbroken butterfly pull ups. Pull ups could've been more but my hand re tore. The last month has been pretty awesome for these movements.
