Left knee replaced Oct 28, 2008.
Left shoulder 'ream and run' replacement Dec. 1, 2010.
Right knee replaced April 2012
Right shoulder 'ream and run' replacement August 2012

Doing great!!

Congrats Pete! Tomorrow I start training a 57 yo guy that had knee replacement 8 weeks ago, just 1on1 sessions for now, hopefully he'll be able to join the normal classes soon, so i've been reading this thread and other similar ones to have a better idea of what kind of realistic goals i can give my client, and you guys have been very helpful!

I had my TKA checkup last month, Ortho Doctors said, no displacement outstanding range of motion see you in 3 years
Looks great
My knee is 4 1/2 years old and doing great

Still doing great after 8 years with the left and 4 years with the right.
