A lot of the Invictus athletes at Regionals didn't look as ripped/cut/lean as they are known to be. I think they may have been focusing on not peaking for Regionals then trying to do it again 2 months later for the Games.

Camille looked softer at the Regionals but a bit of extra weight wouldn't be as critical since Regionals doesn't really have any long workouts.

Anyone else paying attention any to Alex Parker? I don't think she'll be a contender this year, but there's something about her...

Alex and I share the same coach. Not only is she extremely fit and attractive but smart too. I believe she is in law school.

Her aerobic capacity is out of this world and she may actually win a longer event if it is in her wheelhouse. She still has lots of room to go with lifts though.

Well, we met CLB today at Universal by chance totally. She looks every bit as fantastic in person. Was very gracious and took a picture with our family.

Dave was also great.

Also, I saw Alex's IG post. It was hilarious.
