Strict Paleo and CF - Now, NO SLEEP??

I've been a (4) time a week Crossfitter for 2 months and went strict Paleo 3 weeks ago. I feel great other than insomnia which began 2 weeks ago. I can't help but think it's somehow related to my lilfestyle change, but unsure what to do. I'm averaging 4-5 hours a night, regardless of the time I go to bed. It's affecting my performance because I can barely do max weight I did 2 weeks ago, when I know I should be increasing, even slightly. Also, my times are increasing. Has anyone experienced this? Should I just take a week off? (yikes)

Eat more, sleep more, train less, eliminate stressors

Changing the diet is a big stress on the body especially if it was terrible beforehand... it takes about 3-4 weeks to get switched over and with consistent training and poor sleep during that period can really decrease your performance

Classic overreaching which if exacerbated can turn into overtraining
